For the sake of optimum health and safety of our Clients and Personnel, our Personnel are under the instructions to apply all good measures. They are advised to use accessories and work materials sourced only from the Agency for quality and assurance purposes, as failure to do this is entirely at yours and the Personnel’s risk.
All our Massage Therapists undergo medical screening prior to contract confirmation, and a routine screen every six month, as part of the Agency’s HSE requirement. Hence, they are under the obligation to ALWAYS carry out required services with optimum protections. For if a screening result is reported as ‘unfit’, this automatically calls for termination of contract.
In the event of meeting with our Personnel and you find the situation uncomfortable, you are required to immediately abort the transaction in the best and unsuspicious manner and notify the Agency instantly for action and/or a service replacement.
The Agency always does its best to ensure and assure reasonably and most obtainable security measures in place for the safety and privacy of our Personnel and Clients.
